- How do I book a taxi?

- Do you cover Inverness Airport transfers?
- Yes — airport transfers are one of the things we do most. We monitor your flight so we're there when you land, even if you're delayed, and we offer a Meet & Greet service inside the terminal on request. We also cover the other Scottish airports, including Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
- Can you collect from railway stations?
- Absolutely. We cover Nairn, Inverness and the other main stations in the area, and we'll keep an eye on your train time so your car is waiting when you arrive.
- How can I pay?
- We accept cash and card in every vehicle, and account customers can be invoiced instead of paying on the day.
- Do you do long-distance journeys?

- What kind of vehicles do you use?
- Our fleet is fully petrol-hybrid, so every journey with us produces fewer emissions. The cars are spacious and well-maintained, with air conditioning, heated seats, privacy glass and complimentary Wi-Fi as standard.
- Can businesses open an account?
- Yes — accounts are welcomed. Business and personal accounts let you book multiple journeys in advance, set up repeat bookings, agree fixed fares and add password protection. Email info@moraytaxisnairn.com to get set up.
- Do you do school work?
- Yes — we carry out contracted school and college transport alongside our everyday taxi work.
- Are there any discounts available?
- Owners at Parkdean Resorts Nairn Lochloy Holiday Park receive 10% off journeys with us when they show their valid owners card.
- How do I know your vehicles are safe?
- Every vehicle is a fully licensed taxi, safety inspected every six months, regularly serviced, and fitted with CCTV and a panic button. All vehicles are logged and tracked in real time for added security and peace of mind.
